We presented the preliminary results to the annual meeting of the OECD’s Fiscal Federalism Network in Paris on 25 November 2016.

The Europe Workshop The Experience of Germany and Switzerland took place in Cologne, NW, Germany on 14 October 2016.

We held an authors-meet-critics session at the 112th APSA Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, PA from 1-4 September. The session featured Jenna Bednar (University of Michigan, USA), Ken Kollman (University of Michigan, USA), Nathalie Behnke (University of Constance, Germany), and Richard Eccleston (University of Tasmania, Australia) as critics, and Sonja Walti (American University, USA) as chair.

We presented the full preliminary results of the project in two panels at the 24th IPSA World Congress in Poznań, Poland, on 25 July: Dynamic De/Centralization in Federations I: The Multilingual Federations (RC28.03), from 13:30-15:15 in PCC14/2.2, and Dynamic De/Centralization in Federations II: The Monolingual Federations (RC28.04), from 17:30-19:15 in PCC15/108.

The North America Workshop The Experience of Canada and the United States took place in Ottawa, ON, Canada, on 6 June 2016.

The Asia-Pacific Workshop The Experience of India and Australia took place in Delhi, India, on 20 February 2016.
